Richard Zande

RIchard Zande Richard Zande has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since February 1988. Richard mainly practices in Wills & Estates, Criminal Law, Family Law, Conveyancing and Business or Commercial Law. A number of Richard’s family members, including his father, uncle, cousin and his cousin’s wife are Solicitors.  Richard’s father began practice in 1958 and Richard’s sister, Philippa, is a Barrister practising in Brisbane.  Richard has held continuous Practicing Certificates for over twenty-eight (28) years and began practice as a Sole Practitioner in 2006 and has been operating continuously as a Sole Practitioner to the date of the Partnership with Annette. Richard is passionate about helping his client’s achieve their goals and is tenacious in putting their rights forward. He has a genuine love of the Law having long held a desire to become a solicitor from a very young age. He has also lectured at the Bundamba TAFE College and provided many years of post-admission free legal advice at the Inala Legal Centre which was an arm of the Caxton Street Legal Centre.Richard was sole Principal of Richard Zande & Associates for many years before his firm merged with Power Legal and he became a Partner in the merged firm. Richard with his wife Kelli have two children, Jordan and Stephanie.
