Jose Martell

Jose has been employed as a Law Clerk at Power Legal since early 2025 and is currently studying his Bachelor of Law degree. He currently works within the firm’s criminal law team, assisting with matters ranging from summary offences through to more complex indictable proceedings.

Jose works closely with solicitors, counsel and clients to help keep matters progressing efficiently, with a focus on preparation, organisation and clear communication. Jose understands that many clients are dealing with the legal system for the first time and takes a practical, straightforward approach to helping them understand the process and what to expect at each stage.

Jose is known for his attention to detail and reliability, and plays an important role in ensuring matters are properly prepared and that clients feel informed and supported throughout their case. In his spare time, Jose enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.
