Kimberley Setterlund

Kimberley recently completed a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) at the Queensland University of Technology. She is currently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. She is on track to be admitted as a solicitor in June 2026.
Kimberley has brought a wealth of transferrable skills from a successful career as a secondary school teacher to her burgeoning career as a family law solicitor. While studying, she gained legal experience while working at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Higgins Chambers. She also volunteered at Hub Community Legal at Inala.
Kimberley joined the Power Legal team in August 2025 as a law clerk and is committed to building her legal knowledge and practical skills. Her passion lies in family law, where she is committed to supporting clients with kindness and professionalism as they navigate family law proceedings. Known for her organised and adaptive approach, she is motivated to gain practical insight into the complex world of family law.
In her spare time, Kimberley enjoys reading and listening to podcasts as well as enjoying time with her husband and daughter. She particularly enjoys walking along Coolum Beach with her immediate and extended family.
